DEVICE FAULTY I'M STILL PAYING.

I bought a Blackberry Bold 9900 through FNB Devices, I'm still paying the phone but it's no longer working since Dec 2014. when I called FNB devices (call Ref: FNB 42497) on the 11 Feb 2015, I was promised that the consultant will call me within 24 hours to arrange and pick up the phone for repairs. after a week I still didn't received a call, I had to call again only to be told that they wont fix the phone because 1 year warrant is finished, but they give a contract of 2 years. now i'm stacked with the phone that is not working whereas i'm still paying for it every month.
