Device application being rejected

I app**** for an Iphone5 in January 2013 through FNB and got one. In Jan 2015, 24 months later I have paid off my Iphone 5 but its getting old so I wanted to get a new Iphone 6, again through FNB because I was happy with my previous arrangements. My credit situation has not changed since January 2013(if anything, it got better) but I'm being rejected now based on \credit criteria not met". <br> I went to my FNB branch yesterday where they told me it could be the fact that they did not have a copy of my current passport and work permit (that is still valid until 2019) so they uploaded that to the system. I app**** again today but still get rejected?!? That's disappointing for an existing customer"
