Deteriorating Customer Service

Started with this institution at 4 with a Bob account by my parents and have never banked anywhere else, from my own start up as a teen to now being a mom myself, the service has gotten poorer each year. It's not even disspointing anymore it's actually ridiculous and I will be researching where better to bank because this is, as I said ridiculous at this point.
