Deteriorated PayPal Service

The fnb PayPal service has turned to be a downturn. I did a Paypal withdrawal on the 15th of March and even now that withdrawal is still 'pending'. It's way past the 5 days they say it takes, last time I used the Paypal service back in 2020 the withdrawal would take 3 days now... I don't know. I sent an email concerning this matter received an email telling I'd be answered in 24 hours, tell you what it has been 48 hours now. Even called the FNB Paypay customer care and I waited more than 20 mins my call automatically ended because I ran out of airtime. I wish there was an option for no stars at all because this doesn't even derseve one.
