DESTROYING south African LIVES

Guys ur deliberately delaying the sale of my property due to 1 document u should have who else would have it ur the financing bank..... causing me great financial loss because the Longer u delay... the more i pay..... never mind emotionally distroying me and my family along with that how its influenced my work and personal life i have always been a loyal client . I want a resolution i have been a client of urs for over ten years. My car and first property is financed by you now my second as well...... im waiting on a document which u guys must and have to be in the possession of!!!!!! a security document which needs to be handed to deeds office u have cost me and my new family over R20000, because for some time now i have been trying to pay for 2 properties.... where we have been waiting for this 1 document to conclude the sale. U are destroying our lives and as ive been seeing many other people in this country complaining about, the ******* ur bank is doing to hard working people, ur bank should be ashamed of this pure and utter (if i had any other words Raaaaaaape of ur clients.)
