Destroying my credit record!!!!

They said they would update my records but they have not! It would be a different situation if I really owed them the temp loan but i don't!!!! They are out to destroy my credit records, happy Moloi said it would be updated it's been 6 months that they've claimed on my record I owe them which has dropped my score by 25 points but no one gives a rats ass!!!!! Pathetic and ***********!!!! Clear my name!!!!!
