Destroying my credit profile

I have expressed my utmost disgust with the level of service received from FNB, month after month I am either sending emails or lodging hello Peter complaints, they claim I owe then a temp loans funds but this has been deducted many months ago and they refuse to remove the arears flag from my records creating a bad look and a drop in my credit score, I have had it with these people and will lodge a complaint with the credit ombudsman, for ****s sake.
