Destroying Business's without a conscience

<p>Christo Jacobs | Deal Manager | Stuctured Trade and Commodity Finance | FNB Business<br />1st Floor, FNB Building, Fairlands Office Park, Enterprise Road, Fairlands , and Danie Van Der Linde of FNB has taken a month to produce absolutely nothing. From the 01/12/2016 to date, they have done nothing efficiently in hadling a tranferable Letter of Credit as well as adhearing to my requests. For weeks i have emailed Mr JACOBS and left vaoice mails to cal me , and it has gone absolutly ignored. The related product is price sensitive and requires quick action and now after 4 weeks the supplier has increased the pricing because Mr Christo Jacobs hasnt taken my business seriously. I have lost my reputation and possibly my customer. How can we be treated this way in South Africa by banks? Rwanda banks take one day to fix amend and send and South African banks take the mickey of of us! Is there no accountability?!!!</p> <p> </p>
