Despute

Good day I tried depositing cash at fnb atm instead the atm jammed with my money inside without completing the transaction,I went to the branch to fill out the form on Thursday but today it’s Monday and The money haven’t reflected in to my account ,how long should I wait for the money to reflect.I need use the money asap but fnb is busy delaying
