Despite reversal

So I am awaiting a despute debit order that was taken out of my cheque account on the 01 February 2023. As told there is a 40 day waiting period. I spoke to a consultant on Friday and she advised me that today the funds will be paid into my account. I called 5 different times and everyone is just putting me through to the same department and I need to explain everything what the call is about. This was on hellopeter. They. Fnb has called me to advise it will be done. Now they pushing me from pillar to post. I have a premium account so why is this happening to your clients fnb.
