Despite arranngement intention to reposses remains

I have an FNB homeloan for past 8 years and for three years before 2015 I was one of those customers who pay more into their homeloans. Last year April my business started to face difficulties and cashfflow became a challenge. I kept constant communication with my lenders including FNB. In November last year I landed a job and I sent proof of employment contract starting in December. I called FNB to make an arrangement and I stated my case clearly that my business may be paid that month and I would pay R20 000 towards the bond but failure to do so I had cer*****y of payment from end of December. I communicated with Sihle and we agreed and in December I paid more than my normal bond but alas at the end of November while I made arrangements order of court to repossess was sent to an address of mine 8 years ago. the people who live there had to go on social media to find me. I now stand to appear in court on January 22 unless if I pay the whole outstanding R38 000. I have tried to plead nd speak to someone more senior but all I get is one call centre agent to another. I am at my wits end and my family is faced with life on the street despite my clear capacity to now service the debt.
