Despicable tratment of recently widowed 60 year old woman and family

<p>Dennis Dube from FNB home loans as well as a female colleague working with him has continuously and very rudely harassed myself and my 60 year old widowed mother regarding the recent death in Jan of my father. She has been diagnosed with severe depression and we have asked to not contact her but contact or email myself. I have asked them to please be patient and understanding as I deal with the executors and they will receive all they need. The rude , screaming calls and threats has continued for a month and my 60 old mother now in a worse mental state than before because of this treatment and calls. Same rude calls were made to our executors and even swearing our executors. This is unacceptable treatment of an old widow dealing with the death of her husband who has been a loyal customer of FNB.</p>
