Despicable service honeslty

Ive been trying to get e refund from FNB for the past 6 months probably, for a ***** case that was LONG resolved. In addition, R6000 has just gone missing. Does anyone have any ideas on how to approach this?? I am highly frustrated and being completely ignored by the digital ***** department
