Despicable service from FNB

I would like to share a horrible experience that I have had with FNB Homeloans.It is been over 3weeks I app**** for a solar loan.First of all the consultant helping on this Bernice Ryan is so unfriendly, 2nd of all my form has been sent back for almost 4 times already because something is not ok, imagine and I always find out after enquiring.I have been with FNB for many years but it looks like that does not count for anything to receive such an appalling service.I just cancelled that solar application, and I will consider moving my account to those who value me
