Despicable disgusting service

Absolutely disgusted in FNB after being a client for 21 years. 9 service advisors on the chat suite - no answers 4 service advisors on the phone and holding on for 1 hour 28 minutes just to be cut off. A reference number and a promise that my query will be resolved within 48 hours. Now that the 48 hours are fast approaching all of a sudden it is 48 business hours. This is unacceptable and not my fault at all. I am tax and FICA compliant, but no one can remove the block on my account. I am moving to another bank this is ridiculous
