Despicable!

Horrible service, beyond terrible! If you are thinking about getting a will in place to ensure peace of mind for your loved ones - please reconsider if you are thinking about Fiduciary services!!! I would not recommend their services at all. From the administrators to the Executor straight through to the heads of departments when you are escalating a matter, horrible! As an FNB banking client, I am appalled!
