DESPERATE TIMES !

I cannot get an incorrect PO Box number changed as the systems in the Bank do not show this address according to many people I have spoken to, today and in the past. Nevertheless this address appears on the instruction document I received when my new credit card was delivered. As I have had a recent experience with *****, you can imagine, I am tearing my hair out !!!!! I guess next stop is Wendy Knowler ???
