Desperate For Cer*****y From My Bank On A R23k Case. (Am i wrong or i was misled again?)

I was recently de*****ed of about R23K by a local company also banking with FNB. Accordingly, I quickly made a ***** report (# ***) upon which I received an email from FNB's @B.N saying that and I quote:

"...provide FNB with the case number and a detailed affidavit in order to proceed with the available(SECURED) reported amount;"

I did as the email prescribed, went out of my way till I provided FNB with what they asked me in order to happily recover my available (SECURED) R23K, as promised on record by the email. Only to then get a new disappointing email now diverting from their first official communication, sadly stating that the promised available(SECURED) money has been utilized, so I won't be getting anything.

I'm totally devastated, because it didn't come as easy as it is being whisked away from me. I don't know what to be sure of anymore, the same kind of 'misleading' I got from the ********** who promised to pay me back my R23K - only to disappear, is the same 'misleading' I now get from my bank, and the money has again disappeared.

So, this means I no longer have a case with the **********, because FNB froze their bank account (as I was told upon reporting) and they recovered my available (SECURED) money from the **********, they then came to tell me on record by email that they now have found my money, but instead of honoring and doing the expected, something else happened, and so all I have now is uncer*****y and a -R23K dent in my life.
