Desperate for Assistance FNB

I am so frustrated that I am resorting to this platform - trying to get 3 months bank statements is mission impossible, tried on APP, tried at ATM, on the phone for over half an hour and still not successful. Whilst the consultant (3rd human I was put through) I dealt with was friendly and professional, he was unable to assist and transferred me to another person who never picked up - I eventually put the phone down.
