Deseased Estate

It blows my mind how FNB is still in business. It is THE WORST company I have ever dealt with. My mother passed away last year May. The will is with FNB. I have been trying to get SOME feedback from them as to how far the progress is regarding her estate. After sending numerous messages, emails, and phone calls. NO RESPONSE, NO MESSAGE and NO EMAIL. I am fed up.
