Dept review still not updated, how can we not help you is correct

I have just done an application for a bond on a property, all the major banks STD,NED and ABSA have given me loans, except Fnb, reason for decline according to them, "i am still under Debt Review", I have not been under Debt review for 13 years now since 2011 but the record at FNB have not been update, even after multiple attempt to send the clearance documents and emails from the ncr, like FNB wrote me off. well seems they don't want my business.

WORST, Customer service ever.
