***** dept lady very cold and dismissive

I had a ***** incident in December which i ended up not reporting for the fear of sounding stupid. Today a very lovely lady called enquioring about the transaction and i narrated to jer the story and she advised me to call the ***** department as this was part of a syndicate being investigated. I finally gathered the strenght to call and the lady on the other side was soo dismissive and cold. Kept on telling me to get to the point and after all that feeling disgusted i fainally gathered the syrenght to ask her so because you are making a ruling before this can even make to the investigator you are talking aboit whats the point.. Will u overlook that i was picked up from an ongoing investigation.. She coldy told me it was a civil case.. How do u have that when dealing with *****aters. Damn woman you are very arrogant and cold. No wonder some people sit in the corners and not report its because of people like you. I have no expectations whatsoever bvz u all deemed this as my fault.. What a waste of my time
