Saturday 09:41 am , I called ***, regarding an ewallet I send on the 24 November 2023, to a person in New castle (kzn) . I spoke to Andries then got transferred to Thebe. I need a supervisor to listen to both calls & tell me what happened to that money as the person is still in new castle was never in jhb nor did I visit Melrose , they claim that money was withdrawn at . FNB ***** division please investigate what happened to that e wallet I need that money back in my account & the person in ur organisation who takes ppl’s money be dealt with . 2 agents from fnb are telling 2 different stories regarding that money . Someone is *****ing our money thinking we won’t see . Pls pay back the money !!!
