Deposited money on ATM it was never debited in my account

Everytime for fnb to solve issues I have to login to hello Peter which is not good I'm not happy with the service. I deposited R200 on a ATM at East rand mall the money was never deposited in my account the next thing I was told we will call you. I'm still waiting for the call. I needed to use that money for something else. FnB ATMs are always not working properly this is the 3rd time same thing happening to me.
