Deposit unsuccessful

I deposited money on a fnb atm and the atm gave me a slip which shows that my deposit was not successful, this happened on one of your branches in northrand road.The lady who was helping people told me to go and fill a form so that i can get my money since it was never credited into my account.They told me this will take up to 2 -7 days i never received my money no feed back i was just given a reference number [#YXG-***9].lts been a week now, im dissappointed. Its a technical problem with your atms and you urge us to do deposit on atms but it seems so difficult for you guys to help us when we face such problems.
