DEPOSIT SLIP FROM ATM

I last year on the 26th January, i went to FNB crescent saveway in witbank , i used the atm to deposit money into UJ tuition fees, the atm did print the proof of payment. I went inside to get a reprint i was told to come back during weekdays, i went the serval times (from last year till yesterday 24th March) and i was told that the system offline, yesterday when i was there i was told that the systems only saves data for the past 3 months, and now without the proof of payment I cannot get a refund from UJ.
