Deposit slip copies

In January I made 2 large deposits towards an Wesbank account - ( in Sandton City ). During this Covid period I need the proof of deposit to send to Wesbank as I am in the Eastern Cape . I wasted so much airtime with no assistance till I sent an email and a lady who works in HR assisted me cause the people dealing in the banking side are just too lazy . So i went to my nearest branch which is in Port Edward KZN last week Tuesday. The guy helping me tells me they cant get copies on their system and sends an email to Sandton / Head Office I’m not sure . Yesterday (exactly one week) i go back to FNB and he isnt there . I try calling and all numbers either go to the callcentre or do not exist . I just want ny proof of deposits so I can send to Wesbank . Why wont anyone assist me ?
