Deposit slip

On the 12 of December 2021 around half past 1 ,I went to protea glen mall to deposit 300 at FNB ATM but I didn't get any slip as a proof of deposit from the ATM!! Went inside the bank to report the matter of what just occurred and pleading to them to print me a proof of payment so that I can send it to Worldwide administration services MTN claims since it is required/needed so that my claim can be processed... But I was told they cannot help me with anything. Theres nothing that can be done ,which puzzled me. Don't know what to do anymore because I cannot do another deposit which wasn't my fault that the "FNB ATM" DIDN'T HAVE SLIPS TO GIVE OUT!!!!!! Not sure if I should go to FNB head office to get this matter solved because I really need that slip. I deposit on this account number: *** and the reference was :(ATS-100167)
