Deposit slip

Hi I made an ATM deposit on the 13 of January 2020 at an FNB Mall of Africa branch.I got the deposit slip,but now some important information has been erased and i need a proof of payment so that i can get a refund from the University of johannesburg.Is it possible to get another slip or a copy?Please kindly assist
