Deposit dispute process with FNB ATMs

Deposited funds at an FNB at Trade Route Mall branch in Lenasia - the ATM swallows the money and gives a slip stating the deposit is cancelled. The following day I go into the branch and complete a dispute form and am told the funds will be credited into the account in 48 hours. After 4 days and no deposit, I visit the same branch again - this time I'm told the reconcilliation was done and the money will be deposited by midnight. I ask for the number of branch contact person I can call if the money is not deposited so I don't have to waste my time going into the branch yet again to follow up. I get the number from Mr Cuan which turns out not to work after the money is not deposited after a further 48 hours - this is an ABSOLUETLY PATHETIC level of service and a total waste of my time. Apparently it is impossible to contact a branch by telephone now. Given the ridiculous cash deposit fees you charge FNB is a total rip-off.
