Deplorable service

<p>My business partner and I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for FNB to finalize a simple business account. While it is understood that the bank has to comply with FICA regulations, it is unacceptable to experience such deplorable treatment from a renowned financial institution. Each time we are told to submit proof of residence, it takes at least 4 days to get a response from the bank, then get told that the documenation submitted is inadequate. The process has been repeateed three times currently and we are tiring out. Please finalize this issue as a matter of urgency.</p>
