Deplorable, Despicable and unforgivable customer experience at FNB Greenstone

This is the most useless bank there is in South Africa. I visited FNB Greenstone branch. My ticket said average waiting time was 13 minutes... yet the next 5 people have been waiting for almost an hour to be serviced at an FNB branch.

The branch purposely understaffs on the consultants, out of 10 isles that are supposed to be working, only 5 worked! basically operating at 50% capacity on their peak hour? This is client abuse to say the least.

I hate this bank so much that I have closed down everything and just when I wanted to closed the last account after settling the outstanding facility, I get to experience this deplorable state of customer service. I have pictures as evidence of their understaffing and how long people on the queue were forced to wait for service
