***** Department Useless
I'm incredibly frustrated today and can't express enough how ineffective the FNB ***** Department has been. I filed a case back in November about goods purchased and never received and since then, I've received no response. It feels like they don't care about their customers. All I want is assistance in getting my money back. How can one department be this unhelpful and unskilled?

23 Jan 2025, 08:18NO RESPONSE NO FEEDBACK IT'S BEEN TREE WEEKS FNB IS USELESS IF I COULD TELL EVERYONE TO MOVE AWAY , SAME THING HAPPENED TO MY FRIEND 3 WEEKS ALL HER MONEY WAS BACK IN HER ACCOUNT USING ABSA WILL DEFINITLEY CLOSE ALL MY FNB ACCOUNTS AND WARN EVRYONE AGAINST FNB THEY ARE USELESS AND UNSKILLED
