***** Department takes way too long

Good day. This is not really a complaint or a compliment.

The incident was logged on the day it happened but no repsonse on the progress has been received from FNB.

This is R7800 that is not just small change. This is a lot of money for a household that only receives 2 salaries. I need to know if FNB is reversing those *****ulent transactions.
