***** Department sucks

I placed a ***** case on the 20th of March, the only time I received communication was 23/24 when I was asked to submit case number and affidavit by Nomthandazo Magwaza whom has never updated me on anything.... I have called the office and was told they will get back to me.... I am still waiting
