***** department no help

I went to fnb to open a ***** case against me,they asked me to go to police station to do an affidavit, after that I went to branch ask consultant to assist me to send it to ***** department and she did so immediately I called the department to find out if they received it, they said yes and will revert back to me, I have been going to branch several times for a follow up, no text,mail nor even a call nothing at all.I then decided to mail them personally still nothing..I gave up because no help at all..
