***** department is useles n lazy

On 4th december 2022 i received payment on my account,later my account was placed on hold,i submitted all documents required, my case by so far is been allocated to 4 investigators,the 1st one Resigned after not giving me feedback in more than 30 days of my business stucked.. second one promised me a week ,which it passed and now gave the case go someone new..when i thought the waiti is over i was told that they gave anothr imvestigator the case..everytime i want feedback she keep telling me about someone will call u,its now going tom4months since my account is blocked..how do i conduct business..this ***** team Doesnt consider that people maybe they just see us swipping burgers with our business account and thing we fools to just sit and wait on feedback .. even in the court or law acts no case can take no than 30days without conclusion..they take it off roll..Let my money be realised..and now that i choose to complain dont try to sweet talk and just do ur job without been followed..
