***** department is actualky the *****sters

This is thd worst bank I have ever used, their ***** department is full of s@*t, my account got hacked, someone was paying tol gates with my account, I accumulated fees up to R18000, I reported and they said they'll investigate, on the 10th of November all tol gate fees were reversed but I still have an overdraft of R2300, my issue is the R4750 which was paid into my account which the bank still has to refund me
