***** department at FNB is like ESKOM - NONE EXCISTING
*****
I have reported the ***** on my account, and the relevant procuresses has been taken.
I was informed 30 working day for the problem to be solved.
To dated 17/05/2023 no reply from FNB i have phone wrote emails but no feedback.
The problem is more than 30 days old but no feedback....JUST nothing...no reply at ALLLLL.
Those reading this please take note.......do asses when opening a bank account with FNB.....it will cost you dearly, when a problem like the above mentioned will arise.

30 May 2023, 08:31Thanks for comming back.
This was the response:
The Bank has reviewed the case and considered all the facts, regrettably we have declined your request for a refund based on the following :
• In order for the FNB Contactless Card transaction/s to be processed, a registered/linked device was used behind a secure login.
My question still remains:
Why did the machine or the transaction not ask for the code to be entered for those *****ulent
transactions.
NO password was asked to be entered???????
This is the question??????
