***** Department are pathetic

FNB ***** department are impossible to get hold of - I logged a ***** case, almost a month ago, was told 7 days for it to be investigated - and that was it - I’ve followed up multiple times, only to be told it’ll be escalated, and still, no feedback. Sure doesn’t make me feel very safe with my money in their bank.
