***** department are a bunch of ****s! I’ve been waiting for my refund since 28 June on the 22 July their investigator claimed he was sorry for the inconvenience and that it was being processed it is now almost another month later!!! He’s never available and their escalations mean nothing! They are all just a bunch of ****s, it’s so frustrating!!! This department really needs to do better!
