I am writing to express disappointment with the employees from the ***** department I have been trying to get a delisting for the past 5 years now nothing is being accomplished, Hlamulo Baloyi who was the case investigator even resigned and the matter was handed over to Yoliswa Doyisa who’s the department manager she has been tossing and turning the minimum requirements for the delisting to take place, I go for months without hearing from her only for her to come up with a new request to be met for the delisting to take place.
