It's been over 30 days since I reported unauthorised Uber and Uber purchases that were made on my card. I submitted the relevant form and screenshot concerning these transactions. I was then told that I would get feedback in 5 business days. When I followed up, they told me it will take up to 30 days. It's day 34. I followed up yesterday, and now I have to wait another 48-78 hrs. I have been way too calm and understanding, however, this is out of pocket!
