Deny receiving a copy of my ID

I was asked to send documentation to prove my residential address. I submitted documentation which was not accepted due to there being a typo in my address in the documentation (fair enough). <br> <br> I then submitted a copy of my lease agreement. I then received an email saying thank you for the submission but a copy of my ID was still outstanding (fine). <br> <br> Yesterday I sent BOTH my lease agreement and a JPG of my ID and received an acknowledgement email containing a reference number.<br> <br> This morning I got an email asking me to submit my outstanding ID. <br> I then asked Dineo what he meant by outstanding as I had sent it yesterday. <br> <br> I then received an email from Aziz asking if perhaps I had sent them in two separate emails?<br> <br> I explained that I had sent BOTH documents together, I quoted the email in which I had done so and gave the reference number for that email. Aziz confirmed that the \POR"(I assume he meant reference number) was correct but that they did not receive the image of my ID.<br> <br> What is going on?? Why was my ID never received?<br> <br> If your email server is removing the JPG then please fix this"
