Dented My Image over a Complaint

I had a ***** query on my credit card account , I complained that the collections consultant was rude to me. A formal letter of apology was sent to me, and i felt I deserved it as their consultants need to know how to deal with their clients in such a professional organisation. It comes as a shock to me that i have been listed on the ITC Bureau for \Misconduct on Bureau commitments". For the first time i miss my payment"
