Denied reversal of unauthorized debut order

I am not happy with the way FNB has been treating its clients lately ,on 29 I had unauthorized debit orders ,others I was able to reverse them as they were under R200 and others I couldn't as they were over ,I have been trying to contact fnb from 29 without any help,I called this morning and the lady who helped me told me I need to call the company that deducted money from me and ask them to refund as fnb no longer do reversals since the issue of covid 19 started .I am very disappointed because firstly I never authorised the debit order to come through my account ,secondly i have been reversing this debit order since,why now we can't do it anymore....all I need from fnb to please reverse back those 2x 542 into my account ..and if it continues giving its clients such service it will loose clients..
