Denied Access to Slow Lounge

On 26 June 2015 at 16:40 I was denied access to the domestic Slow Lounge at ORT international as I am only a platinum card holder and they only accept platinum cards after 18:30. I was never informed of this new rule and it has never happened to me before. <br> <br> FNB seems to be reducing benefits for platinum card holders year by year so much so that I am at the point of considering switching to Investec Bank who have offered me a much more attractive offer, all that's keeping me at FNB is to avoid the hassle of switching.
