Denied access for a 2 yr old

The lady sitting at the counter refused to let me in as she indicated that no guests are allowed from 15:30. I was traveling with my 2 yr old daughter!!! How does ones 2yr old become a guest. What made it worse was that it was 15:15, not even the stipulated time. Walked straight over to the Bidvest Lounge and I had no issues... FNB just lost a client for the insulting behavior I received at the slow lounge.
