Demands and Threats
can someone please help, i am receiving sms's and calls with threats of been taken to court or being blacklisted for an overdue cheque account as well other debt that i have with Fnb. i am an ex employee and i was dismissed in July 2016 for a customer's error and to date i do not have an income. i acknowledge the debt and i have explained this many times with the collections agents,my question is, what am i supposed to do if i cannot repay this debt? i did not sit down and decide not to pay by choice. I cannot even afford to feed my 3 children and the last thing i need is demands and threatening messages.
