Demanding Payment before the time

My Wife is with FNB and she took out a Temp loan of R1000 from her FNB bank account. Its been about a week or 2 and FNB are sending her SMS's demanding payment in 2 Days...

As far as i can see on your website, This "FLEXI" loan allows 31 Days to pay it???

Do not offer something when you cannot deliver what you promised... Please Advise on why this is so.

FNB Was called by my wife, It seems like a misunderstanding, the SMS received was a notification from FNB to deposit money into the account as there is a pending debit order on the 1st. hence requesting payment to be made into the account and not requesting payment on the Loan. Will make a payment this afternoon. Thanks

No need... it was a misunderstanding and the SMS was not related to the loan at all... Converted Rating to 5 Stars
